Ingredients
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Turnips 10 oz
- Pasta shells 5 oz
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the garlic. Peel and cut the radishes into quarters. Cook the pasta.
Step 2
Sauté the garlic in heated oil. Add the radishes and green beans, along with 50 ml of water, and spices to taste (marjoram, lemon zest, chili pepper, rosemary, dill, oregano, savory, mint, basil). Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the vegetables with the pasta. Simmer for 7 minutes.
