Ingredients
- Bacon 5 oz
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sweet Pepper ½ piece
- Aspen mushrooms 5 oz
- Spices to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add the pasta to boiling salted water and cook for about 5 minutes (according to package instructions).
Step 2
Fry the bacon for about 6 minutes.
Step 3
In a wok, fry the mushrooms, add the sweet pepper, and season with salt.
Step 4
Fry the garlic in the pan for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the cream, ground pepper, salt, and spices to taste.
Step 6
Once the first bubbles appear, turn off the heat and add the cheese.
Step 7
Mix the cooked pasta, sautéed mushrooms with pepper, and cheese-cream sauce in a separate dish, stir well, and serve.
