Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 3 glasses
- Wheat Flour 2½ spoons
- Breadcrumbs 10 oz
- Paprika to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 2⅖ glasses
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta, then drain it in a colander.
Step 2
Melt the butter over heat, then add the flour. Stir for one minute.
Step 3
Carefully pour in the milk.
Step 4
Keep the mixture over heat for 5–8 minutes until it thickens.
Step 5
Add the cheese.
Step 6
Keep the mixture on the heat until the cheese melts, then remove it from the heat immediately.
Step 7
Place the pasta in a baking dish.
Step 8
Pour the cheese sauce over the pasta and mix well. Melt a small piece of butter, add breadcrumbs to it, and pour this mixture over the pasta.
Step 9
Lightly sprinkle with paprika.
Step 10
Bake for half an hour at 355°F until a golden crust forms.
