Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 5 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Poultry 10 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the pasta for 2-3 minutes, drain the water, and toss with oil.
Step 2
Dice the onion, grate the carrot, and slice the bell pepper.
Step 3
Sauté the onion until golden brown.
Step 4
Add the bell pepper and carrot, season with salt and pepper, and cook until half-done.
Step 5
At the end, add the finely chopped garlic.
Step 6
Cut the chicken into small pieces.
Step 7
Beat the eggs, pour in the milk, mix, add grated cheese and herbs, season with salt and pepper — this is the sauce.
Step 8
Layer in a baking dish: pasta, vegetables, chicken, and pour over the milk mixture.
Step 9
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 180°C.
