- Vermicelli 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 0 oz
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Sour Cream 3 teaspoons
- Semolina 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the vermicelli and chicken fillet in slightly salted water until fully cooked, then cool.
Step 2
Mix the yolk and 1.5 teaspoons of sour cream with the vermicelli, chop the chicken fillet using a blender or grind it, and combine it with 1.5 teaspoons of sour cream and semolina.
Step 3
In a greased baking dish, layer half of the vermicelli, then add a layer of the chicken mixture, and top with the remaining pasta.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 390°F – bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the finished dish to room temperature and cut into serving pieces.
