Pasta baked with tomatoes and cheese
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Green peppercorns 10 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the pasta and place it at the bottom of a baking dish. Slice the tomatoes thinly and arrange them on top of the pasta.
Step 2
Grate the cheese. Sprinkle the pasta with tomatoes with the grated cheese and pepper.
Step 3
Slice the garlic into thick pieces and place them on top of the casserole. Brush the surface of the dish with a thin layer of mayonnaise and bake in the oven until cooked through (approximately 10–20 minutes).
Step 4
Serve hot, and you can garnish with herbs.
