
Pasta and Chicken Hearts Casserole

Description
You can also make this casserole with chicken liver. I think it tastes even better.
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) 10 oz
- Chicken hearts 10 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim excess fat from the hearts and cut them lengthwise into four pieces.
Step 2
Sauté in a pan with the onion until cooked. Sprinkle with flour and, stirring constantly, pour in the milk, season with salt and a little pepper for aroma.
Step 3
Boil the pasta, rinse, and place it in a greased baking dish.
Step 4
Layer the hearts on top of the pasta and pour beaten eggs over them.
Step 5
Sprinkle with grated cheese and place pieces of butter on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 390°F for 15–20 minutes.
