Ingredients
- Pheasant 20 oz
- Pork fat 5 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup 10 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Onion 1 head
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slightly melt and fry the pork fat in a pan. Add the partridges, seasoned with salt and pepper, and fry. Add the chopped onion and fry for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add the canned lentils, tomato paste, wine, and garlic to the partridges. Season with salt and pepper and simmer covered for about an hour.
Step 3
Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.
