Ingredients
- Parsnip 15 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- 30% Cream 1 cup
- Whole Milk 1 cup
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste

Step 1
In a medium-sized pot, combine parsnip, garlic, cream, milk, and butter, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the parsnip is very tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the lid and cook until the liquid volume is reduced by half (about 5 minutes); season with salt.
Step 4
Blend until smooth.
