  • Milk 2 cups
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
  • Sugar 1 tablespoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Ham 5 oz
  • Aged gouda cheese 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Prepare the batter for the pancakes. In a bowl, combine warm milk and 2 eggs, beaten with 1 tablespoon of sugar and ½ teaspoon of salt. Whisk together.

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the batter.
