Pancakes with Ganache, Ice Cream, and Bacon Chips
Main Dishes • European
Description
The most elaborate recipe in this collection is for those who aspire to create a wow effect. However, it’s actually quite simple. The pancakes made with kefir are baked using a classic recipe; the only thing left is the presentation. The bacon chips are prepared on a baking sheet in just 10-15 minutes. The ganache will take about an hour to prepare, of which 50 minutes will be spent chilling in the refrigerator. Recipe by John Smith, chef at a popular American restaurant.
