Pancakes with Chicken and Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar ½ tablespoon
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- 10% cream 15 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix a cup of milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and three tablespoons of flour to make a batter with a consistency similar to thin sour cream. In a well-heated, greased pan, cook the pancakes.
Step 2
Boil the chicken and chop it finely.
Step 3
Chop the mushrooms and boil them for 5–10 minutes in a small amount of water, adding salt.
Step 4
In melted butter, lightly sauté the finely chopped onion, add the finely chopped chicken fillet and sauté lightly, then add the cream, followed by the mushrooms with a little broth (there should be a small amount) and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
On each pancake, place 3–4 tablespoons of filling, fold in from both sides so that the edges of the pancakes overlap. Top with grated cheese.
