  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Tartar Sauce 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
  • Berry Syrup 1 teaspoon
  • Blueberries 5 oz
  • Lemon Zest 1 tablespoon
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Large Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Olive Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place the flour, tartar sauce, and baking soda in a bowl. Mix well with a fork. Add the berry syrup, blueberries, and lemon zest.

Step 2

Pour the milk into a measuring jug. Crack the egg and mix well with a fork. Pour most of the milk mixture into the bowl and mix well. Continue adding milk until you achieve a smooth, liquid batter.

Step 3

Heat a skillet and grease it with oil. Pour 1 tablespoon of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until golden brown, then flip and fry the other side. Remove from the skillet and cover with foil.
