Additionally, cutting the fillet into neat steaks allows for even cooking of the delicate turkey meat, preventing it from drying out.

  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Ground coriander ½ spoons
  • Cardamom ½ spoons
  • Paprika ½ spoons
  • Turmeric ½ spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Mix together paprika, turmeric, coriander, cardamom, pepper, and salt. Add a little vegetable oil and stir until a paste forms.
