Ingredients
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
- Shark steak 25 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Crush the garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant. Then remove the cloves from the pan and set the pan aside.
Step 2
Using paper towels, pat the steak dry. Generously season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat a large cast-iron skillet over high heat, then add the olive oil and place the steak in the hot oil. Cook the meat to your desired doneness.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked steak to a plate, drizzle with the garlic butter, and cover with foil. After 10 minutes, slice against the grain and serve, garnished with parsley. Enjoy your meal!
