Ingredients
- Duck Breast 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Red Wine Vinegar ½ teaspoon
- Soy Sauce ½ teaspoon
- Dry adjika ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste

Step 1
Cut the duck into medallions about 1.5 cm thick.
Step 2
For the marinade, mix soy sauce, vinegar, and oil.

Add adjika.
Step 4
Add pepper.
Step 5
Add chili.
Step 6
Add the duck and mix thoroughly.

Heat the skillet.
Step 8
Place the duck in the skillet and sear on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 9
Stir, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for another 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate and serve.
