  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Mild Chili Spice to taste
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 1½ tablespoons
