Pan-Seared Amur Steak

Ingredients

  • White Amur 5 oz
  • Onion ½ piece
  • Watercress 3 stems
  • Olive Oil 1½ tablespoons
  • White Pepper (whole) 0.3 teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper 0.3 teaspoons
  • Mild Chili Spice 0.3 teaspoons
  • Ocean salt to taste

Slice the onion into large half-rings.

Chop the watercress coarsely.

Place the steak in the heated oil in the pan. Season with salt.
