Not long ago, cauliflower was considered a completely bland ingredient and rarely took center stage at dinners and gatherings. At some point, everything changed—either its merits were recognized by vegetarians, or new recipes emerged that did it justice. In any case, cauliflower is wonderful on its own: with egg and breadcrumbs, as in this recipe, for example.

  • Breadcrumbs 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Break the cauliflower into florets.

Bring water to a boil in a pot and add salt.

Add the cauliflower florets to boiling water and cook them for 3–4 minutes. Then, drain the water.

In a skillet, heat the butter and vegetable oil, then add the cabbage.
