- Spanish onions 2 heads
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into pieces about 2 cm thick. Peel and coarsely chop the onion.
Step 2
Preheat the baking sheet for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven. Place the potatoes and onion on the baking sheet. Toss with hot oil, drizzle with vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Place the baking sheet on the top rack of the oven. Roast for 45 minutes at 430°F.
