Oven-Baked Wings
Main Dishes • American
Description
These wings are great on their own, but we recommend serving them with a homemade sauce made from mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and chili — it makes them even better. And don't forget to cut off the extra joint from the wings — it's not tasty and burns quickly.
Ingredients
- Duck wings 10 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 2 spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 2 spoons
- Grated Ginger Root 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Trim the tips of the chicken wings, as they are not needed. Cut the wings at the joint into two pieces.
Step 2
Mix the flour, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Coat the wings in this mixture until they are completely covered.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cubes of butter on it.
Step 5
Place the wings in the oven preheated to 390°F and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 6
Then flip the wings over and return them to the oven for another 15 minutes.
Step 7
While the wings are baking, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix mayonnaise, apple vinegar, horseradish, and chili. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Finely chop the parsley.
Step 8
Remove the cooked wings from the oven and serve them immediately, garnished with parsley.
