  • Veal Liver 15 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce 1½ tablespoons
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Chives to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon

Peel the onion and garlic.

Slice the onion into half-rings.

Rinse the liver and remove the membranes.
