  • Trout 2 pieces
  • Rosemary 2 sprigs
  • Lemon ½ pieces
  • Salt 0 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Dissolve 70 grams of salt in 1 liter of cold water.

Place the fish steaks in water and leave for 1 hour.
