Ingredients
- Tilapia 4 pieces
- Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' 5 oz
- Frozen green bean pods 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Olive Oil 15 fl oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Finely chop the green onions and parsley.
Step 3
Mix the herbs with olive oil and white wine. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange lemon slices on it, and then place the tilapia fillets on top.
Step 6
Arrange the frozen vegetables, peas, and cherry tomatoes around the fish.
Step 7
Drizzle the fish with vegetables with the wine mixture.
Step 8
Fold the edges of the parchment to form an envelope.
Step 9
Place in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 10
Serve the tilapia immediately.
