Description

Oven-Baked Sea Bass with Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • Sea Bass 1 piece
  • Cauliflower 10 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Italian chopped parsley 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the fish, wash the dill, and stuff the fish with it. Place it in a baking dish; for cleanliness and to prevent the fish from sticking, you can add parchment paper between the fish and the dish.

Step 2

Cut a few slices of lemon and place them in the gills and inside the belly. Use lemon to taste, usually one or two slices are enough. Rub the fish with Italian seasoning. You can use any seasoning available, such as French seasoning or fish seasoning, or simply rub it with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets, arrange them around the fish, and place the dish in an oven preheated to 355°F for 25 minutes.

Step 4

After 25 minutes, take it out of the oven, check the fish and cauliflower—if the oven is good, everything should be ready to serve. If in doubt, put it back for another 5 minutes, but make sure the fish does not dry out.
