Oven-baked salmon
Ingredients
- Salmon 20 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce 3 spoons
- Sesame Oil ½ spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Basil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the skin from the salmon fillet, and cut it into pieces about 2 cm thick along the grain. Slice the sweet red pepper into rings.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F. Grease a baking dish with a small amount (less than a teaspoon) of sesame oil, place the fillets in the dish, and add red pepper between the pieces of fish. Drizzle with soy sauce, squeeze lemon juice on top, taking care not to include the seeds (as they can add bitterness), sprinkle with seasoning, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
