Oven-Baked Salmon
Main Dishes • European
Description
Salmon is a fatty fish, but it can easily become overcooked if the oven is not used properly. Before cooking, make sure your oven can reach the desired temperature of 200 degrees, at which the salmon will quickly sear but retain its juices.
