- Salad Potatoes 0 lbs
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, rinse them in water, and dry with a paper towel.

Cut into slices about 1 cm thick.

In a large bowl, combine the potatoes and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Add 1 tablespoon of sour cream.
Step 5
You can adjust the amount of salt slightly more or less depending on your taste preferences.

Add a heaping teaspoon of ground black pepper.

Peel 4–5 cloves of garlic.

Press the garlic through a garlic press and add it to the potatoes.

Mix the potatoes well with the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Line a baking sheet with foil and brush it with sunflower oil using a silicone brush.

Spread the potatoes in a single layer to ensure even cooking. Preheat the oven to 390°F and bake for 20–25 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife or fork.

Sprinkle the fragrant potatoes with dill and serve.
