- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
- Pesto 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil and heat it slightly.

Next, add the potatoes, sliced into rounds. Add the spices.
Step 3
Then, press in the garlic. Sauté for about 5–10 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish. Add a tablespoon of pesto sauce and place it in the oven for 10 minutes at 355°F.
Step 5
After 10 minutes, remove the dish, add the two eggs, and return it to the oven until the eggs are set.
