Description

Oven-baked potatoes with cheese are simple and quick to make, but to elevate it to the next level, check out our video recipe. First, don't use just any cheese; spicy cheddar pairs best with potatoes. Second, 20–30 minutes before it's done, sprinkle the potatoes with grated mozzarella. While mozzarella isn't as bold in flavor as cheddar, it has the perfect stretchy texture and will give the potato wedges a golden crust.

  • Thyme 4 sprigs
  • Garlic 2 cloves
