Oven-Baked Pork Shoulder
Ingredients
- Boneless pork shoulder 35 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mixed Ground Peppers 1 teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 teaspoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf 5 pieces
- Allspice berries 10 pieces
- Salt to taste

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the meat thoroughly under running water, dry it, and season with salt to taste.
Step 3
Peel the garlic, wash it, slice it, and season with salt to taste.
Step 4
Pierce the piece of meat with a knife and insert one or two slices of garlic into the hole. Repeat until all the garlic is used.
Step 5
In a separate container, mix one teaspoon each of mixed ground peppers, ground paprika, and dried garlic.
Step 6
Rub the spice mixture all over the meat and gently massage it in.
Step 7
Prepare a piece of foil of the right size, place the bay leaves and allspice on the foil.

Lay the meat on the foil with the bay leaves and allspice.
Step 9
Tightly wrap the foil around the meat and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer the meat to a baking dish or tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1 hour.
Step 11
Allow the meat to cool completely at room temperature without unwrapping the foil.
Step 12
Serve warm or cold.
