Oven-Baked Lamb Shoulder
Ingredients
- Lamb Shoulder 1 piece
- Water 5 qt
- Salt 10 oz

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Dissolve the salt in water at a ratio of 50 grams of salt per 1 liter of water.
Step 3
Place the shoulder in the salt solution and leave it for 3 hours.
Step 4
Remove the shoulder from the solution and pat it dry. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 5
Wrap the meat in foil and place it in the oven for 1 hour.
Step 6
Remove the foil from the meat, increase the oven temperature to 390°F.
Step 7
Return the meat to the oven for another 20 minutes or until it is covered with a golden crust.
Step 8
Serve the lamb shoulder at the festive table.
