Ingredients
- Lamb 5 oz
- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Tomatoes 0 oz
- Cucumbers 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dill to taste
- Cilantro to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb into two pieces per serving, fry in butter, transfer to a pot, and add water just enough to cover the meat.
Step 2
Simmer the meat until tender in a covered pot.
Step 3
After that, add finely chopped fried onion, fried potato slices, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Place the meat in the oven and cook until done.
Step 5
Serve the stew, sprinkled with dill and cilantro.
Step 6
Serve tomatoes and young cucumbers separately.
