Ingredients
- Dough for dumplings 25 oz
- Water 0 qt
- Cornish Hen 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the halved Cornish hen and chopped carrot into salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
Step 2
After boiling, skim off the foam and reduce the heat.
Step 3
After 20 minutes, the broth is ready. Let it cool to room temperature.
Step 4
Place the dumplings in a baking dish.
Step 5
Pour in the broth (about 150 ml).
Step 6
Add the cream.
Step 7
Stir to combine.
Step 8
Transfer to a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 9
After 50 minutes, add salt and stir.
Step 10
Serve garnished with herbs.
