Oven-Baked Cutlets with Tomatoes and Onions
Ingredients
- Ground meat 20 oz
- White bread 5 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Ketchup to taste
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the ground meat, season with salt and pepper, crush the garlic, soak the bread in milk, and add the 2 eggs.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and shape the meat mixture into patties on it.
Step 3
On each patty, add: ketchup, onion rings, tomato slices, mayonnaise (though I never use it), and a strip of cheese. Bake at 355°F for 30–35 minutes.
