Description

A classic homemade dish – thinly sliced cutlets (we mentioned pork, but it could also be chicken, for instance) are coated in fine breadcrumbs, lightly fried in a generous amount of oil, and then gently finished in the oven. Oven-baked cutlets are made all over the country, and many people do it automatically without looking at a cookbook. However, you'll get more flavor if you take the time to prepare oven-baked cutlets while paying attention to all the nuances. For example, don't forget to dust the meat with flour before dipping it into the beaten egg – the first component of the batter.
