Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes
Ingredients
- Chicken Thighs 3 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 1% Kefir 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare the marinade. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the kefir, season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Step 2
Marinate the thighs for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place them in a baking dish, add olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Step 4
Crush the garlic cloves with the side of a knife and place them on top of the potatoes.
Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add them to the dish as well.
Step 6
Place the chicken on top of the potatoes and pour the remaining marinade over everything.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at 390°F for about 40 minutes.
