  • Smoked salt 1 tablespoon
  • Herb Bouquet 1 tablespoon
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Salt to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

Place the chicken in a roasting bag and put it in the oven preheated to 355°F for 75 to 90 minutes.
