
Oven-Baked Chicken with Potatoes

Ingredients
- Potato 0 lbs
- Poultry 1 piece
- Onion 2 heads
- Smoked salt 1 tablespoon
- Herb Bouquet 1 tablespoon
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Place the chicken in a roasting bag and put it in the oven preheated to 355°F for 75 to 90 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into evenly sized wedges.
Step 4
In a pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, toss in the potatoes, and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the water, then add salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and herbs to the pot with the potatoes. Mix well.
Step 6
Cut the onion into large wedges.
Step 7
Spread the onions and potatoes on a baking sheet, then scatter pieces of butter on top. Place the baking sheet with the potatoes in the oven alongside the chicken for 30–40 minutes.
Step 8
Place the cooked chicken on top of the roasted potatoes so that the juices from the chicken enhance the flavor of the vegetables.
