Oven-Baked Chicken Roll
Ingredients
- Poultry 5 lbs
- Onion 0 oz
- Semolina 2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Ground Dried Garlic a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Carefully remove the skin from the chicken. Separate the meat from the bones. Remove the tendons.
Step 2
Chop all the meat except for a few strips of chicken breast in a blender until it reaches a paste-like consistency.
Step 3
Chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil. Add the onion and the remaining ingredients to the minced meat. Mix well.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into two parts. Smooth out the skin, place the first part of the filling. Add the stuffing in the center.
Step 5
For example, spinach, boiled egg, boiled carrot, strips of chicken breast, or chicken liver. Cover with the second part of the filling. Shape into a log.
Step 6
Wrap the skin. Place parchment paper on aluminum foil. Place the roll in the center, seam side down.
Step 7
First wrap in the paper, then in the foil. Bake at 355°F for 50 minutes.
