Oven-Baked Chicken Legs with Apples
Ingredients
- Pickled Apples 3 pieces
- Spanish onions 2 pieces
- Dried Rosemary 2 teaspoons
- Thyme 2 teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chicken bones 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide

Wash and dry the chicken legs.
Step 2
Combine olive oil with honey, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture onto the legs.
Step 3
Let marinate for 25–30 minutes, while you slice the apples.
Step 4
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 5
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place the legs on it, arranging the apple slices in between. Sprinkle the onion rings on top.
Step 6
Bake for 1 hour.
