Ingredients
- Mayonnaise 2 spoons
- Poultry 1 piece
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
- Garlic 7 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash and dry the chicken using a paper towel or cloth.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, tomato paste, honey, minced garlic, salt, ground black pepper, and spices. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 3
Rub the marinade all over the chicken, including the inside, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.
Step 4
Grease a deep baking tray with sunflower oil, and place the chicken in it, breast side up.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 355°F and roast the poultry for about an hour. However, a larger bird should be roasted a little longer.
