Ingredients

- Champignons 10 oz
- Chicken Drumstick 6 pieces
- Carrot 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Parsley 0 oz
- Salt 1½ spoons
- Paprika ½ spoons
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into large wedges.
Step 3
In a pot, bring salted water to a boil, add the potatoes, and cook for 5 minutes. Then, drain in a colander.
Step 4
Slice the mushrooms in half or quarters depending on their size. Peel the carrot and cut it into large pieces.
Step 5
Finely chop the parsley.
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, vegetable oil, and melted butter. Add parsley and crushed garlic.

Add salt, paprika, ground chili, and black pepper, then stir again.

Arrange the potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, and chicken in a baking dish or roasting pan.

Add the mixture of mayonnaise and spices and mix everything well. Place in the oven for 50–60 minutes.
