
Oven-Baked Beef with Vegetables

Potatoes can be omitted if desired.
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Parsnip to taste
- Carrot to taste
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 10% cream 1 jar
- Potato 2 pieces
- Beef 15 oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into pieces about 2x2 cm. Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until golden brown, about three minutes on each side.
Step 2
Chop the bell pepper and mushrooms, and sauté with onion, garlic, carrot, and parsnip in olive oil until golden, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Step 3
Peel and chop the potatoes into pieces.
Step 4
Layer everything in pots: potatoes, meat, vegetables, herbs, and sour cream.
Step 5
Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 40–60 minutes.
