Ingredients
- Osso buco meat 8 pieces
- Oranges 4 pieces
- Rosemary 2 sprigs
- Tomatoes Concasse 30 oz
- Olive Oil 4 spoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the orange zest and squeeze out the juice.
Step 2
Heat oil in a pot, brown the osso buco on both sides, then add orange juice, zest, rosemary, and diced tomatoes.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes on very low heat. Serve directly from the pot, with fresh pasta.
