Orange Chicken with Peppers
Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 3 pieces
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Herbes de Provence 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the orange into thin rounds, placing some under the skin of the chicken.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with a knife and stuff the chicken with the remaining orange slices.
Step 3
Mix the paprika, herbes de Provence, salt, and vegetable oil. Rub the mixture over the chicken.
Step 4
Place the chicken and bell peppers (season the peppers with salt) on a baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 355°F.
