Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Water 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter with 1 egg, add water, flour, and salt, knead the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet, cool it, and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
Sauté the onion, mushrooms, and chicken in vegetable oil for 8–10 minutes, add the red bell pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
For the filling, grate the cheese on a fine grater, beat 2 eggs slightly, add the cream, season with salt, and mix everything together.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with oil, lay out the dough and create edges, add the filling, and pour over the mixture. Bake for 35–40 minutes at 355°F.
