Ingredients

- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Spices to taste
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter with the eggs, add water, salt, flour, knead into a smooth dough, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Boil the chicken breast until cooked, chop it, sauté the mushrooms with the onion until ready, add salt, ground pepper, and nutmeg, as well as the chicken fillet, mix everything, and turn off the heat.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Grease a springform pan (23 cm) with butter, roll out the dough, transfer it to the pan, form a border, and spread the filling over the dough, leveling it out.
Step 4
Lightly beat the eggs with a fork, add the cream and cheese, mix well, and pour the resulting mixture evenly over the filling.
Step 5
Bake the pie for 35–40 minutes. Then remove the border, transfer the pie to a rack, and let it cool.
