Ingredients
- Morels 3 pieces
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 3 tablespoons
- Sausages 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a small piece of butter in a preheated (but not scorching!) skillet. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk and add chopped green onions.
Step 3
After the mushrooms have sautéed (about 5–7 minutes), reduce the heat to low, pour the egg mixture (a blend of eggs, milk, and in this case, green onions) over the mushrooms, cover with a lid, and let it cook until done.
