Ingredients
- Chinese green beans 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the green beans in a small amount of vegetable oil until tender.
Step 2
Grate the carrot using a fine grater.
Step 3
Add the grated carrot to the beans and mix.
Step 4
Add ground black pepper. Stir and sauté for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Whisk the eggs with a whisk.
Step 6
Add salt.

Prepare the milk; cream can also be used.
Step 8
Mix the milk and eggs with a whisk until smooth.
Step 9
Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables, cover with a lid, and remove from heat as the omelet cooks.
Step 10
Transfer the omelet to a plate and serve hot.
