Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 10 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely dice the bell pepper (red), onion, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Divide into two plates — one for the mushrooms and onion, the other for the tomatoes and pepper.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and mushrooms over low heat, and 3 minutes before the mushrooms are done, add the sliced bacon, tomatoes, and pepper. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add spices to the eggs: lemon pepper to taste, finely chopped parsley, whisk, and add to the skillet.
Step 4
Turn the heat to maximum, and after a minute of continuous stirring, remove the omelet. You can sprinkle grated cheese on top to taste.
